Pros
Technik is comparable to most contracting companies in the aspects of compensation, contract dates, and catering to the client. Being sourced to a remote customer, the one-on-one personal contact with management is limited. However, where Technik is above others is, contacting anyone in a managerial position has never been an issue via phone or Skype. In fact, it is encouraged. Open communication is valued and the “open door” policy is constantly reminded. Any issues will be discussed and addressed if needed. As a contractor, working for the customer is always the hardest part. Technik takes care of the customers, but does not leave the contractors out to dry in times of disagreement or conflict. I have always seen a fair minded approach to create a well-balanced environment. Technik shows appreciation and values all their employees individually and as a team.
Cons
Other than being a contractor and not a full fledged employee, I have no cons.
