Great place to work. Excellent Bosses. They do any and everything that has to do with Technology. Cellular Equipment. Wireless Towers. Managed Services. You name it.

I don't really have any cons

Small company, few coworkers. It is a friendly place to work, the customers and employees are both easy to work with for the most part.

Lack of in person training. Poor compensation. There are no bonuses, or incentives and very few raises. Years can go by with no review or communication on pay increase. It is a family business so take that into account. There is no manager, only an owner and he is very busy so you won't be able to receive much from him
