Pros
Base pay is decent for a graduate, nothing else.
Cons
I worked here for 5-6 months fresh out of university, to start I did 4 stages of interviews, one of which they made me do a full day unpaid trial shift, which in itself should of been a red flag for me. They offered the job to me after the trial and I started the next week on a decent salary for a graduate. My contract was 8:30-5, however straight off the bat you get told in order to “earn your stripes” you should be in at 7am and out at 6:30pm earliest (I had to give a reason for anything earlier). Trust me if you dont do these hours the ones who are there when you leave will rat you out to SLT, they also track your tap in and out. The company is essentially all young guys (16-25) who only care about 3 things, money, drugs and girls, so you can imagine the “banter”, misogyny and homophobia that goes on in there. That wasnt even the worst thing, it honestly all stems down from the horrible people in charge, who are only in charge because they either started the company or were the most toxic of them all so they lasted long enough to make their way up. In fact, it was a senior SLT, who shall not be named, after I made my first deal that loudly said to me “its about time mate” before walking away. He also told me I wouldn’t go far as I was leaving at 6:30PM (Early) once to go to football training. They act like its a family environment, which is always the first sign its a toxic workplace, but really theyre all in it for themselves and only care about cash. I also used to get smacked in the face by my boss as a joke whilst on the phone, and the only day it would be semi professional was when HR was in on Thursdays. Trust me they say some great stuff about the girls in HR. If you want to work here, do it, it will honestly set you up for a life of not taking your job for granted, as well as also give you job PTSD everytime you start a new Job. I cant stress enough that any of these 5 star reviews from current employees are completely fake and are from current managers, so ignore them, I literally saw and heard them doing writing these reviews in a panic to find new talent. Also they work in an industrial estate in Weybridge, so theres nothing going on anywhere nearby except a locals pub! I reckon I saw 5 people quit in their first week, one on their first day, so of course feel free to give it a try
