Pros

Pros? I don't know what this means when referring to TMR.

Cons

I love that someone said it's a great place to grow. What? Grow how? If' one has managed to actually be at TMR long enough to "grow" (whatever that means in this company), best of luck to you and bless your heart because you've wasted a lot of time becoming a minion for a living. It's not a coincidence that the only two positive reviews about this company were posted in rapid succession on August 18th and August 19th. This is clearly staged. Whose job was threatened if they didn't post one? Who was afraid to be reprimanded in front of the entire staff if they didn't post one? Which minions? So sad. When you're on your way to work, and you leave the house thinking you're - say - 50 years old, when you get to work you'll remember you're only five. A life lesson to all who are considering working for this company, or currently working for this company: The bad news is that time flies. The good news is that you're the pilot. I beg you not to let this company control your plane.

Pros

There are some great people that work there. I just don't know why they work there.

Cons

The CEO. I liken working at TMR to being an unfairly parented young child. You only get the punishments, you don't get the treats. I'm not sure how employees stay motivated. You never know when you do anything right, but will quickly know when you did something wrong. You will work harder, not smarter. You will get less accomplished because of this, but then be accused of doing nothing. You must be willing to gravel in submission to feed her ambition. So, let me ask a few questions and make a few comments all at the same time. Since everyone in the company reports to one person, it would behoove that person to be in every interview, (yes, or no?). Being in every interview might increase retention since everyone has to work the same way she prefers to work (yes, or no?). I would think that one would create a hierarchy (yes, or no?). You should exercise your authority for more than dictating and terminating (yes, or no?). I can't speak for anyone else, but money doesn't motiviate me enough to be at a place like this. I'd rather be broke. It's interesting because, if my skills are on point (which I know they are), she probably thinks everyone who posts here is just another disgtruntled employee that got fired. This is laughable to me, because she doesn't know that you're better off that way. I would never be disgruntled about leaving here, whether I quit or got fired. I'd just know that I never should have started in the first place. Hindsight is 20/20, right?
