      - Good working environment - Youngsters are given a lot of opportunities to develop (unlike other banks)

      Cons

      Sometimes the boss is everything. It could be kind of stressful. I have a good boss but I can see that other people from other department are suffering from this kind of behaviour.

      Pros

      - Dynamic working environment - Lots of things to learn and to grow - Fast-paced - Lots of good and bright managers - Big organization, if you are not happy with your team, it is easy for you to move to another team/ department without leaving the company.

      Cons

      - Water fountain management. If the line manager is narrow-minded, you will not have a chance to express yourself, your performance will be evaluated unfairly and there is no way you can fight for it.
