- There were very few managers for the amount of translators and work that needed to get done. - Uses "TimeDoctor" which is an incredibly intrusive system and shows the company has cero trust on their employees and only cares about productivity and not so much about the wellbeing of their staff. - Me along about 20 more people were dismissed without a just cause. While we did get the compenssation we were entitled to, they showed very little care over the poeple the let go, having dismissed a lot of their best and most commited employees, which I feel says a lot about a serious company. - The original content to be translated had serious mistakes that were either not taken care of or simply dismissed. - The constant push on productivity and setting of impossible goals clearly affected the quality of the work, which is something they did not seem to care much about.
