- given it's a small company you get access to a lot of training resources, a lot of which are discounted or completely free.
Cons
- older demographic at the company that are bad at training new grads - management backs management, no one looking out for new grads - had personal experience with a toxic manager, given their status they were allowed to do whatever they wanted
