      Pros

      I work in the company for a year. TechMagic is a medium-size company. It has the merits of big companies - processes, internal systems, benefits, hierarchy, plan for personal growth, tech meetups, training etc. And all advantages of small companies - fast company-wide decisions, fast adaptation to changes.

      Here are some of the benefits: - flexible work format: I mostly work remotely, but I always have the option to work in the office in the center of Krakow - I can also note the support and stability within the company - I really like the communication within my team, the maximum support, and the desire to grow together

      I would like to see more vacation days (currently 18)
