Culture - Leadership Team Cares and the people are great

Growing fast so lots of work and company was slow to hire to keep up with growth.

Remote work, decent paid Holidays don't do nights or weekends much

low pay compared to the industry,not many raises, company has gone down hill since becoming partly owned by PE firm and bringing in a HR Executive who changed things a lot and doesn't seem to care about employees. Top management has become more distant as company has grown too much by taking over other companies.
