Pros
I have met some of the best, down to earth people at this organization. Best co workers I've had in a long time.
Cons
TechMD has been going through a merge since 2022 and since then has struggled to get a handle on what each department does and how to mesh all parties in a cohesive manner. This has left employees picking up the pieces where process are broken, clients are upset, and managers are not suitable to help their teams. This has also lead to team members constantly feeling burnt out and the pay is too low to compensate how much work is being piled on. Instead of investing time into the employees that have worked hard to try to improve the environment, they also outsourced their jobs overseas. Before the merge, it felt as though TechMD really cared about their employees and one of their core values was "Investing in Others". This has long been dropped and it seems as though they are only concerned about the bottom line and not the growth of their existing employees. Please bring back investing in your existing employees. Do not have managers from other offices manage those in other locations. Or if they do, the manager needs to fully understand the responsibilities/job functions of the other locations' employees.
