They do not care to train you, drop tickets on you that you've never worked on and want you to use KB's to figure it out and if you don't you are asked "why can't you do this" and or to "Be Better"; They only care about your attitude towards clients, but constantly talk trash on every client they have after calls or during our team lunches. The fact you get stacked with 16+ Tickets a day and can only work on so much and not "DOUBLE UP" to even catch up is ridiculous. As well as Closing tickets and you get assigned 4 more, it is a NEVER ending Hydra, and they only care to get pissed off at you cause you can't even catch up or close enough to be "Efficient" As well as needing 3-5 years for any other position even though the other people in Tier 2 or Tier 3 spots are horrible Techs and cant even spend time to help you. Green and Blue team are horrendous and if anyone can leave and find a new IT gig. Do so.
