Casual work environment, nice work atmosphere with friendly people, open door approachable management team.
Cons
Terrible employee compensation, inflexible hours, extremely high sales pressure, little room for advancement, and no personal/work balance. As approachable as management is, there is a continual "dangling carrot" effect, and empty promises.
