There is no pros about this company. You are just a machine.
Cons
No employee centric, work to full fill management needs and meet their score. Politics in the process and directors are not up to the mark. In terms of work you don't have to help the customer. You only have to save your score. So you don't have to worry that you have to do something exceptional for the customer. It just save your self and make your money. But incase you get a negetive survey then it is impossible to pull up that score sine the target are too high for everyone one to achieve. Though the management is aware about this but you cannot do anything. If you raise your voice they will fire you somehow. Have seen in the past and I am the live proof.
