Pros
- I can't think of many. The people, in general, are nice but self-interested.
Cons
- If you thrive in chaos, you'll love the leadership style here. Tools? Who needs 'em? Just prepare to take the blame when things go awry, which is often. It's like a game of deadline dodgeball – everything due yesterday! - Salespeople beware! The company is very slow to pay commissions and often conveniently forgets who needs to be paid. Blink, and your commission might conveniently vanish. - Benefits are subpar and laughable. The company does not do a 401K match, and only offers high-deductible plans for health, dental, and vision. You will pay out of pocket for everything. - Employees are disposable. There have been multiple rounds of layoffs at TechM and all its subsidiaries as a result of incompetent leadership. - Incompetent leadership buys a bunch of companies and completely destroys them and their own investments, almost never seeing ROI - Has faced many lawsuits before. It's only a matter of time before a big one hits that will cost jobs. - Company expects you to use your own money for client travel and conferences. Does not allow you to take an Uber from the airport. - Leadership here speaks a language all its own. Prepare for head-scratching moments that'll leave you questioning reality. It's like trying to decode hieroglyphics while riding a unicycle – confusing and slightly absurd.
