Good in telecom industry and services. Lot of training.. sadly not good trainers and any positive effect by thoe training. Fair Onsite opportunities.. mostly (say 80%) to UK.. Thats too for a single client which is BT..
Cons
1. There is always a realisation that we are POOOR people.. financially, strategically, techncally, proffessionally 2. Always feel - this is the dead end of the career. No growth technically, proffessionally in organisation.. Nor they pay you well to hve some external pleasures. Only pays for Roti, kapda and makaan. Hand to mouth salary 3. Lots and lots of politics around.. Purpose - Do something and stop something to happen bad.. This causes lot of dissatisfaction ad frustration among employees.. 4. Discovers news ways and policies to cut down people salaries.. Financially gives a damn to employees.. 4. Same with deliveries. Not concerned about the quality. More concerned about quantity .. just to show off the management.. we did so and so 5. A manager does not care about employees. Senior manager does care what manager says. Group head does not care what Senior manager says.. and IDU head does not care whats going on in the IDU (until something is escalated). No values to juniors, their needs, capabilities, feelings. etc etc.. 6. Junior employee does only what the manager says.. A manager does only what Sr manager says. Sr does only what GH says.. etc.. Blindly do what your boss says, w/o caring about ur juniors.. 7. Very bad management. One who works, keeps workinng.. one who does not enjoys hinmself thriughout and sees ways to satisfy his boss (unproffessionally) just because he can survive more time in the company.. 8. Favortism at its best height..
