Cons
Compensation- Varying cycle. When i joined the organization the Increments were in effect from July. Although you would usually get letters in September or October and you would paid the difference later. In 2013, it was informed in August that through Media Houses that the increment would be in effect from January, eating up increments of 6 months more. One would expect that this would lead management to give better hike but that is simply what 1 would expect. This is all while Tech Mahindra is daily surpassing new highs both in terms of business and share market and as many of my fellow Ex-TechMighty know that this isn't a win for employee. Promotions are questionable and reward policies seems to be a rotational policy most of the time. This year company has changed their Apprisal Cycle from October -September and increments in effect from January every year onward. Management policies keep on changing. On one side they sing song of alternate thinking n ideas n RISE Culture but when it comes to implementation they have to simply follow the same industry standard where-in industry standard means any means wherein earning of Company increases and in most cases at cost of Employees. Very Employee unfriendly company. I had waited huge amount of time to get out of the company and when the day arrived i didn't feel any regrets.
