Poor management - Architect Tech Mahindra Employee Review

There has been no appraisal since 2 years. No clear career growth. The internal support teams like HR, recruitment, resources management, facilities are quite rude and unresponsive to any queries. Exploitive policies like after deputation completes in USA the leave balance is converted to India leave balance instead of payout at US salary level.
