Good Campus with well equipped gym and fun games. Good facilities like swimming pool, table tennis, tennis basketball etc.
Cons
When it comes to working for techmahindra, it was worst experience anyone could have. Joined this organization after 3.2years of experience in hand with purely development background. Struggled to get a development project. Somehow was assigned a work for 10days that too designing using css only. Worked as a nonbillable resource. After 10-15days again awarded with bench. Struggled 20-25days again to get a project of nearly 1month now with the same css design. Worked well with good quality and feedbacks from manager and TL. Then again came to bench after that. This time it was a long term struggle to get a project. Resource Manager even dint help me this time. After a month of bench got a call from HR to put down my papers forcefully as per corporate decision and cost cutting jus giving me 4-5days time. Then continued my struggle to keep my job in hand. But this was of no use. Had to put down my paper and left the company as a jobless. Was jobless for 15-20days to bag an offer from one of the fortune 100 companies and top 100 best companies to work for. This is how I proved them. They simply hire top notch employees from top MNCs and simply fire if u are of no use to them. U will simply b trapped. If you are a good resource and have real coding skills never ever join this company. You ll be trapped. So please stay away from this company. Few other cons are listed below. -No or very less hikes. -Upper management is lagging and unstable. -No work life balance -Not at all employee friendly. -Bad ratings if you are targeted to fire.
