      Good campus in India. Good work environment. Apart from work everything good

      Cons

      No Job rotation, if you stuck in some legacy technology only God can bring you back in this company. Monarch behaviour of management. No chance of switching to new project. Associate need to search for projects. Complex management structure. They won't allow you to work in other verticals and don't release. If you ask for release from project and even though you get new project they force you to resign but they don't release from project. Narrow minded managers. Its a TechMahindra Support company. Not an IT company.

      Pros

      Depends on the project, I got one which was completely self sustained (no managerial politics in day to day work) and my India team and client were decent .

      Cons

      1. Low Salary, hardly any bonus or increments annually 2. Mismanaged HR and WFM (work force management) team they block employees from searching jobs till their skills which need to be approved each time by their manager match at least set number of skills in each internal job posting 3. Expect visa holders to find an internal job+ have the H1b transfer done in 2 weeks else they send you back to home country 4. Mandatory work from office 5. Forceful and rude managers with no compassion 6. Most resources are very low quality
