For the division that I worked in, my peers were very supportive and helpful. My managers were mentors.
Cons
The mothership of Tech Mahindra was very frustrating overall. Internal forms and processes were horrible for HR, time reporting, and similar administrative functions. The IT security team and help desk were horrible. I took me nearly 4 weeks to get access and some of my peers reported longer waits. Helpdesk always ignored that I was a U.S. based employee and would attempt to call me during India business hours. This happened all the time. Outside of the small US-based division, I don't understand how the company stays functional. And the overbearance of IT security was ridiculous. They claimed to protect company assets, yet the backdoor that I could find clearly showed false sense of security.
