The office is beautiful, right downtown in between Salesforce Park and the LinkedIn building. The kitchen is well stocked and having dogs in the office is a treat.

Cons
People work hard, long hours. Work-life balance is 90% work 10% life at Teambridge. The teamwork, work environment, and in-office energy is exceptional, and makes it worth it, but there will almost always be more work than what is reasonable for you to handle.
The company is ruthlessly committed to maintaining talent density. There has been a lot of turnover and the vast majority of it has been involuntary. Some are quitting because they’re being worked too hard, but the turnover is mostly people getting fired because they’re not producing a good enough work product or they’re not willing to work hard enough.
I’ve witnessed intelligent, high-achieving individuals with insanely impressive resumes join the company and quickly get left behind. It’s a place where you are expected to do difficult things, work insanely hard, and earn your spot.
