- Most management overall are very friendly and supportive - Possible opportunity to go abroad on occasion depending on the job role or event - The people are a great bunch, good characters - Lovely modern central CBD office with a good views - Extremely culturally diverse as it is an international company that covers many language markets - No required over time, and and very fair working hours - TeamViewer remote access software is good to work with
Cons
- CRM software can be clunky and frustrating - No parking, which can be extremely expensive for anyone driving in. This should be subsidised, or an allocated allowance should be supplied - Sales is becoming very difficult as the market is being exhausted by competitors, resulting in high staff turnover in certain departments and teams - Shifts in management have impacted some teams negatively, but this may improve - It's an outbound/inbound call centre, customers can be abusive - Base pay rate could be a little higher
