Pros
Very equitable treatment of employees through the acquisition process. Integration of a new company into the TeamHealth system is managed well. They try to find a place for everyone. The organization has a good balance between meeting employee needs and frugality.
Cons
Some processes are not scaling well with the growth. Mostly growing pains. Two many layers of organization. Decision makers are too far up the ladder to have an audience with. Clear communication is often hindered by the hierarchy.
