Pros

Some very smart, good people

Cons

Project lifecycle is a joke. PMO is a mess. CIO's ego is bigger than his salary. He's always right about everything, Looks down at people, intimidates, scolds and is the heartbeat of problems for the IT organization. Company provides everyone a bonus, but CIO's policy is to pay only 50% of the people in EIT. He ranks and files, adjusts people's ratings so they can't get the top 50%. Same with raises. It's a shame - promotes competition amongst employees and forces them to fight for scraps. The guy doesn't lead, he gets in the way. The place is a revolving door for people. The company match for 401K is an annual (if you even get it) match up to a couple of grand. Overall, not very fulfilling at all and there are better options out there.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at TeamHealth. The organization truly prioritizes both its patients and its employees, which creates a strong sense of purpose in the work we do every day. One of the standout aspects is the collaborative and supportive culture. Leadership is approachable, communicative, and invested in helping teams succeed. There’s a genuine focus on continuous improvement, and employees are encouraged to share ideas and be part of driving change. TeamHealth also offers strong opportunities for growth and development. Whether it’s through formal programs or on-the-job learning, there’s a clear commitment to helping employees advance their careers. The company does a great job recognizing contributions and fostering a sense of belonging across teams. Pros: Supportive and engaged leadership Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunities for career growth and development Meaningful work that impacts patient care

Cons

Like many growing organizations, processes can evolve quickly, which requires adaptability
