      Pros

      I adore the working environment and what we do to the core. It's always nice to make the world a little better. I have never been more confident in my choice of workplace. Thank you so much to every member of staff and especially the owners for the daily dose of good cheer and great attitude towards each other. I hope our company will always feel like a family or the closest of friends. When talking about my job I always mention that I am incredibly lucky to have all of these amazing people around me. I sincerely wish our organization many more years of prosperity. Team Sunshine is when you're not just an employee - you're part of the most amazing team in the world!!!!!!!

      Pros

      Fast-growing solar company that managed to take advantage of the market situation and combination of the Founders´skills. A few things that I personally found compelling: - Quick desicion making process: You can reach the the person in charge with just a call. - Management is responsive to innovations and proposals if it improves the business process and overall communication - Show your worth and you will get respective benefits - Friendly corporate culture witha startup spirit

      As a stratup Team Sunshine is still establishing and evolving in terms of the business process. However, it gives an opportunity to take active participation in creating one.

      Pros

      This company is like my second family. They really care about us, not just as employees, but everyday people. They strive to assist you in growing yourself. It has been years since I have said that I love my job and actually look forward to coming to work everyday!
