Pros
-Incredible teammates who are willing to help train you and go into the trenches with you.
-Ability to learn new tools as the company expands into new digital environments.
-Pretty good, steady hours for work/life balance as long as OT isn’t needed.
Cons
-I was sold on the basis there was room for growth on a fast track when I joined and as I learned after joining from current employees, it was far from true. You have to beg and plead for any promotion here and they only happen in spring and fall which they never say in interviews. Even when a role becomes open they are not good about back filling, the team just absorbs the work while we’re all drowning.
-The pay is so bad I qualified for government aid.
-The company is geared towards rewarding leadership and we often didn’t know what exactly they even did on a day to day as we were working ourselves into burnout.
