      Cons

      Still feels like it’s two different companies but I hope it will be better. Still waiting for leveling to know where I stand. Compensation’s in the past years were disappointing.

      Awesome colleagues Great brand, product, and market positioning Beautiful office space filled with tons of snacks, free lunches, and activities Lots of opportunity to see growth and make an impact

      Still a few growing pains leftover from the Outbrain/Teads merge that need to be ironed out
