They are pure scammers, Please read this before you join. - Business Development Associate Teachnook Employee Review

1) Most important reason: They will hire you even through campus placement and promise you 6LPA. We also think that it is a good package and also they will promise additional 3LPA as variable. But Its all scam, once you join they will say you will not get 6LPA not even single paisa if you don't achieve target. 2) The students I add to their internship aren't getting proper classes as scheduled, now they are calling me. 3) Even though you are BDA, they will ask you change your designation while contacting leads. They will teach all the kinds of tricks and lies. even you will believe it is okay. 4) Just cold calling, I don't think they need an MBA or Btech any degree, even a 10th passout can do it. Its just waste of time, you wont gain any sort of skill there. 5) they will say the shift is between 11 am to 8 pm. But trust me after first week no one will leave the company before 10 pm. they will say if you don't achieve daily target you cannot leave. (Remember you are doing it for no salary) 6) Remember, They are so talented they will convince us that everything they are doing is reasonable. They don't even have proper workplace, we say Lizards, cockroaches and their were puke in office the day we first went there. People are literally smoking inside the office. 7) They will try hire you in different names Academia, Launched, Blah, Blah Blah all this is one company run by same family members. 8) See even they know a fresher cannot score 2 lakhs target or even 1 lakhs target but its good tatics though hiring freshers make them do as much work as possible for free and they will resign and hire new freshers and all this repeats. for them its free revenue of no cost. See, as a fresher i thought other feedbacks may not be true and trusted them and joined the company. Believe me I lost almost 20000 going to bangalore and setting the stay there. Once we do that we will be locked in. Its not worth it bro, No salary, no experience, nothing. Please don't go there and get scammed. Again im saying they will offer you 6lpa, 9lpa but you will not get it. We were 40+ joinees but after 10 days it became only 10.
