Pros
Excellent work flexibility. For the third sector, the benefits/ policies are very forward thinking and people centric. Inspiring, fast paced organisation. CEO is an incredible leader - someone who inspires and to really aspire to.
Cons
Lack of development/ progress opportunities. CEO is incredibly inspiring, but there’s a leadership vacuum elsewhere across senior leadership. Lack of diversity, especially in leadership (although there is a lot of work being done in this area)
