We hear on our internal surveys that what our employees love the most about working here is the collaborative environment - which is right in line with your comment about "Great Co-workers". The leadership team in the area you were in have been able to drive consistent performance to our clients for the past 8 months in a row (based on the KPI metrics that we measure) - so I have to disagree with the comment about management not knowing what they are doing. However, it seems that you have left the company, presumably for something more in line with what you are looking for. I wish you the best in the future!
