6yThank you for posting your feedback. Our model follows a %E2%80%9CMeritocracy%E2%80%9D methodology %E2%80%93 meaning that we %E2%80%9Cpay for performance%E2%80%9D. The pay we offer is in line with our top performers. The higher the performance the more incentives are earned. We also just launched a career progression program in your area. 25 people were just promoted to a Stage 2, and 4 people were promoted to Stage 3.
