Pros
Young dynamic environment, good facilities, cool offices, fun colleagues, opportunity to learn from (some) experienced team managers. Simple industrial work for a decent paycheck.
Cons
Work is monotonous and tends to turn people into social robots. Upper-level management is terrible. Culture of intellectual sweatshop with tons of work restrictions or company investments that don't make sense in practice. Management doesn't care about actual improvement or resolving long-term problems, only momentary results on papers. As a result of bad communication, reports and numbers are more important than people, so various HR decisions tend to be influenced more by politics than real practice. The turnover rate is high for a reason. Note that, it's not that the company is bad. It is what it is, and this is typical of most entry-level tech companies nowadays. Just know what to expect if you do apply for a job here.
