Clueless IT company - Anonymous employee Taylorworks Employee Review

Tim Taylor is a consummate businessman who cares deeply about his customers, his employees, and his company. I joined the TaylorWorks team after knowing Tim for four years. I cannot speak highly enough about the way he conducts business and how he truly cares for the "family" that works with him every day. I am honored to be part of his team. We need more business leaders like Tim!

There are none that I can think of.

Worked closely with the owner and upper management. Both are very knowledge and fair. Work/life balance and family is very important to them. The tech team is skilled, knowledge and have the core belief of teamwork. Always willing to lend a hand and teach others.

At the time of my employment, there were too many "chefs in the kitchen" which created hostility. Since my departure, this problem has been removed.
