Pros

- Fantastic Manager and Team (we truly help and support each other / oopsie moments are treated as learning and/or coaching opportunities for growth, and not an attack). - Exemplary Training & Refresher Program (one-on-one and TMLearning modules). - Leadership asks for, and accepts, recommendations on making our systems better for our daily tasks and workload (ie: Encompass). And then, if it makes sense across the platform, implements those changes. - I feel heard. - Wage and benefits package makes me very happy. - Remote Work (this is exceptional for me due to a personal health issue, being in close proximity to my aging parents if something happens, as well as caring for my aging and special needs pet).

Cons

Total compensation can be better, change of insurance not great, unable to use all PTO due to work schedule.

Good benefits and decent pay

Cons

Advancing via merit system does not exist, low metric superintendents are awarded CSC to train. Management preaches accountability but does not practice it while, passing all the bad decisions down to their team members to take accountability for their actions and decisions. There is no team mentality in Charlotte anymore. The culture has been turned in to a game of cutthroat in which every teammate is trying to make another look bad in order to hide their mistakes. It was a great place to be when I started but it has turned sour in the worst way causing the division to lose all if their top talent at the CSM, CM, and CWM positions. Everyone feels this way and are too afraid to say it due to fear of being targeted
