All this company is good for is using it as a stepping stone to gain experience until you find something better.
Cons
Do not work here. Management doesn’t know what they’re doing, HR doesn’t know how to train their employees, they will underpay you and take advantage of you for as long as they can, they’ll lay people off before they cut back on unnecessary amenities for management and management roles are WAY overpaid while the rest of the employees get less than average pay.
