Pros
The company cares. You work hard, and we play harder. If you have a suggestion on how things could be better, they take you seriously and they value your insight and opinions. More than 3/4 of the company is remote, so efforts are made to bring everyone together for yearly events, which is really nice. I think it actually makes us stronger as a team because we speak so much via huddles and google meet vs being in an office setting where you might not speak to someone. Watching the company grow and still have the same core values since the beginning is a blessing and to be able to be a part of something like this is amazing! If you are in the pst time zone like myself and in my department, you get used to working early and getting off work in the afternoon!
Cons
Honestly, I wish I got to see everyone more frequently! Depending on your level of responsibility, sometimes it can be a lot of work, but that in of itself is rewarding because you know you are a part of something great and we are actually changing lives!
