Pros

The job is remote and you're not taking calls back to back. You're mostly processing documents.

Cons

There is no room growth. If you get hired it doesn't matter how hard you work everything depends on how long you been there. You can surpass the seasoned employees in productivity and have good attendance and you will still be the first to get laid off. You can be at the top on all reports and still receive the smallest bonuses and the lowest pay rate. Just know if you get hired you're in essence a temporary employee and will never make it pass if you are not part of the click. Some of the seasoned employees rate the lowest on the charts but their jobs are secured because they're friends with management.

I am sorry that you were affected by our recent restructuring. Being laid off is never easy for the person or their family. I was not directly involved in the decision of who we let go, so I looked at our current Case Coordinator employees, and the shortest tenure is over four years, with multiple employees being here over a decade. Job performance, attitude, and cultural fit are our most important criteria when evaluating employees, but tenure also matters, as we value longevity. We are not a huge company, so there are some limitations on possible advancement opportunities. We recognize this and offer $5250 per year in tuition reimbursement and free education opportunities to become an Enrolled Agent. These two items are offered to help our employees improve their skills and marketability even if there is not an open position for advancement. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I wish you the best in finding a new job.
