Tavant has a large onsite team at various customer locations and they are all managed directly by an onsite manager in most cases. At regular intervals HR collects employee feedback and specific concerns are addressed.
There is a lot of focus on learning & development. In additional to trainings being conducted based on the needs collected from employees, Tavant has partnership with several online content providers for training topics across the spectrum. Certifications are encouraged by the organisation and sponsored. In limited cases, long term courses are sponsored too. Additionally participation in seminars, conferences, opportunities to present papers at conferences etc. are encouraged and paid for by the company.
Every employee (current or past; old or new) is critical and important to the organisation and receive the same amount of respect. An organisation is made through the values brought forward by different employees. Tavant has several people who have remained with it for a long time and continue to contribute with passion. Many employees have returned to Tavant, after working elsewhere for a brief period of time citing culture, people focus and quality of work as the main reasons for the return
