Pros
-Cheers to sarab sir, He is a great teacher and has the zeal that puts youngsters to shame. Other then that Tatras is cesspool of mess, the only reason to get in here is if you are not getting a job anywhere or if you want to do a case study on toxic work culture.
Cons
1) very poor leadership 2) the upper management is family and friends so you gotta live and abide by them 3) very stagnent tech stack 4) no real data science, ( their whole data science team are a bunch of freshers who just get thrown under the bus) 5) Lofty promises of better salaries and work
