      I don't have any pros as i was barley offered any work.

      Cons

      - Lack of communication - Found staff to be quite passive aggressive - Applied for the company for 7 months ago and was only contacted for even work twice and whenever i went to the event work i got sent home as they overbooked

      Good work-life balance, flexible, you can work when you want while still accruing holiday pay

      Cons

      Work availability is inconsistent, difficult to get long-term bookings, so you’re very often going to work in different cities every other day
