Senior staff often avoid field visits and expect junior team members to handle their share of responsibilities as well. Management lacks proper guidance and accountability, which creates unnecessary workload and stress. There is no proper feedback channel for team members to report unprofessional behavior or mismanagement. HR processes are disappointing — salary delays are justified with excuses like technical glitches, and reimbursements take months without proper communication.
