Pros
Tata is a brand under which everyone would like to work and I have been heard since child that Tata take care of his every employees. Tata is like the Karta of the employees.
Cons
I don't think there will be any downsides. Even if it is there, it's not a big deal because every individual and company have downsides. I would like to face those if it is because it will help me to tackle situations in life.
