Pros

Good place to start , good colleagues average age is 25, although small constant wage raises and bonuses. Only busy during summer the rest of the year is pretty casual. The new offices are in good part of town and pretty good. Its almost impossible to be fired ( no pressure on keeping your job )

Cons

Too much turnaround of employees , decisions from management are very biased and made in closed doors. Although easier to work on lower wages than usual compared to the logistics companies in the region. There is some carrier path if you are patient enough Management is not pushy and dont micro manage which is good

Pros

-the pay is on-time -vacation days/pto, usually gets accepted (depends which client you manage, if management didn't set a protocol for who will cover you, or the client is not flexible it might vary how and when you can use your PTO) -hybrid work (interchangeable - 1 day wfh, next 2 days wfh)

Cons

-workload between employees varies vastly, depending what are the clients' requirements- this usually doesn't seem to be organized from management as clearly defined tasks which results with continuously 10 people out od 60, carrying the load of the work and others barely have a 1-2hrs, maybe less, productive work per day) -extensive micromanaging, but focused on non-work essential things such as where do you put down your belongings, have-to-attend-in-person meetings where nothing is discussed, etc. -people tend to form clicks that are vicious towards someone they deem different than them, which results in mobbing at times. -young people with not very ambitious and open-minded views or approach to the work -deeply unempathetic, racist and homophonic culture, tendency to adhering to rules but in very dishonest ways, disrespectful and closed-minded. -using treat for reprimandation as subtle means to ensure employees don't feel comfortable to ask for what they need, or a duly earned rise. -management doesn't seem envolved -many qualified, intelligent and hard-working people are leaving (or left in the past year) and more and more under qualified people, with evident limitations (to say it politely) are hired. - I can't stress enough- vast difference in work-load and complexity between employees which is not reflected in the pay.
