      Pros

      Average hourly rate but good bonuses make it a competitive salary. Always happy to offer opportunities to upskill etc. Nice people to work with/good culture.

      Cons

      Not much to say compared to most others I've worked with in the industry. Hours can be long but that's always the way in construction.
