      Poor Management - Project Manager Tark Employee Review

      Pros

      Laid back environment. Some friendly people. Cookouts and other activities.

      Cons

      Very poor management and planning. No focus, everything is a fire that needs addressed immediately, so nothing gets completed, but just hangs in space indefinitely or until it becomes the hottest fire. Corporate Initiatives are at the whim of the owner and change with the seasons.

      In 2019, we began pivoting towards a corporate culture of empowered servant leadership. This is having a dramatic effect on how "management" is viewed (since everyone is treated as a leader). We have also implemented thematic goals to drive the decision making process and avoid distraction when someone cries, "squirrel!" Thank you for sharing.

      Pros

      The leadership team is engaged and passionate about growth at Tark, and the strive to share that passion with the rest of the company. Pay and benefits are great - fair market pay, bonuses, paid holidays, 3 weeks vacation, and more.

      Cons

      Training could be better - everyone is trained, the timing and the thoroughness of training is not consistent.
