Salary and title are non-negotiable. Company uses seniority system similar to finance industry. Even as the company grows, the employee’s ability to climb the ladder has slowed. Work hard, play hard environment that is best for highly motivated, outgoing team players. They don’t expect you to work there for more than a few years.
