Pros
TargetX is a great place to work, but it’s definitely not your typical run-of-the-mill company. The culture represents working hard and playing hard and during our company-wide kickoff meetings that’s apparent. We have long days followed by long nights — followed by long days. In my opinion, TargetX is run by "leaders" as opposed to "managers" which was important to me when I started here. Leadership is interested in where you want to go professionally and how they can help get you there — as long as you’re giving 100%. Unlimited PTO doesn't hurt, but it’s hard to take off too much time without falling behind.
Cons
There is no formal training for new employees so you're just thrown to the wolves. With all the products that TargetX offers it's difficult to keep your head above water. If you can't adapt to change, you won't survive.
