Toxic Work Environment - Sales Representative Target Steel Employee Review

Lots of yelling and abuse. Management from the top down lacks people and leadership skills. Unprofessional - Basic grammar/spelling and mathematical errors in communiques to customers. Cliques and office politics make it seem like you are working with high school students (and not the honor students). Inconsistencies - If you ask three managers a question you will get three different answers. Hypocrisy - Management becomes irate when they hear that a competitor said something bad about Target Steel, yet in the same breath will disparage the competition. Nepotism - family members do not appear to be held to the same standards as employees that are not family members.
