Pros

Great people at the local level to work with. Flexible hours. The products both print and digital could be great if they would only invest in them the right way.

Cons

Regional managers and above all seem to play politics and refuse to see what's really going on. They think everything is so great but in reality there are many areas to improve upon. They don't listen to the sales staff that brings back feedback from clients. They are killing the print product that actually makes the most revenue and has HIGHER RETENTION! Instead of investing in it, they slowly take away locations and reduce the amount of printed books year after year because they are under this misguided belief that print is dead. It wouldn't surprise me if the owners were kept in the dark about this and were just told it's dying. This company was founded on print and upper management slowly weeding it out. It's very sad. They create a very negative environment. What truly kills me about this place is that they are an advertising company that doesn't believe in advertising who they are and what they do. Never made sense to me.

Pros

Target Media Partners was a great place to work. I had the opportunity to be part of a team of talented professionals who worked hard and had a lot of fun. We had the chance to work on some great projects and collaborate on different initiatives that had an incredible impact. We were given the chance to develop our skills and grow within the company while feeling supported and encouraged to take risks. As a company, Target Media Partners always put the client first and valued the importance of relationships. I'm proud to have been part of a great team at Target Media Partners and highly recommend working there.

Cons

There were no negatives working for TMP.

Digital solutions were valued in the market. Consistently evolving. Pay was rewarding if you produced.

Cons

Expectations were high. Always being taught new stuff so hard to keep up.
