Some managers thinks they own you - the company have no clear processes and path - the company is disorganised and changes are not communicated making working at Target an unclear task. They change your shift as they like and live breaks are scheduled every day differently. You cannot plan anything after work as you never know when you’ll exactly finish work next week. No advancement or career opportunities here, same managers and team leads forever.
